Detroit Stoker Company is pleased to announce our participation in the upcoming Jansen Biomass Boiler Workshop, taking place May 6–7, 2026, in Richmond, British Columbia.
Hosted by Jansen Combustion and Boiler Technologies Inc., this well-established industry workshop brings together professionals from the pulp and paper sector, forest products, energy-from-waste, independent power producers, utilities, and other industrial boiler operations. Held twice annually in rotating locations across North America, these workshops are designed to make technical knowledge-sharing accessible to a broad audience.
As part of the workshop program, Detroit Stoker will be presenting on “Stoker Conversion Design Considerations.”
This session will explore key considerations involved in evaluating and implementing stoker conversions within industrial boiler systems. Attendees can expect a practical, experience-driven discussion aligned with Detroit Stoker’s long-standing expertise in combustion equipment and stoker system design.
