Detroit® Air Swept Distributor
The Detroit® Air Swept Distributor is a biomass fuel feeder that uses high pressure air to distribute fuel evenly across the grate surface both side to side and front to rear. By adjusting air dampers, this air swept fuel distributor controls the trajectory of fuel injection. This design allows for the modulation of fuel flow from front to back of the grate. The distribution of fuel across the furnace is governed by the number and width of distributors used.
