The Detroit® Ultrafeed Coal Distributor is a chain conveyor overthrow coal feeder that provides even distribution of coal over the entire stoker grate surface.
Each Detroit® Ultrafeed unit is independently powered and has separate drives for the fuel metering conveyor and the overthrow distributing rotor. Variable speed control allows close monitoring of signals from modern combustion control systems.
